Low pressure board:

Low pressure panels are made of oil or galvanized sheet with a thickness of 2 mm in the form of bolts and nuts, observing the standard made by Tavanir Company.

After mechanical design, the boards are cut, punched and bent with CNC and NC machines.

The body cover of the low pressure panel is made of electrostatic powder paint with washing substructure (degreasing, hot water, cold water, fast fat, sealer and dryer).

This panel is designed and manufactured in accordance with the environmental conditions (outdoor or indoor installation) with the appropriate degree of protection for that environment. Can be designed and manufactured according to customer request for more protection with hinged or fixed cover.

تابلو فشار ضعیف :

تابلو های فشار ضعیف با رعایت استاندارد ساخت شرکت توانیر از ورق روغنی یا گالوانیزه با ضخامت ورق ۲ میلیمتر به صورت پیچ و مهره ساخته می شود .

تابلوها پس از طراحی مکانیکال ، با ماشین آلات CNC  و NC برش و پانچ و خمکاری می شود .

پوشش بدنه تابلو فشارضعیف رنگ پودری الکترواستاتیک با زیرکاری شستشو (چربی زدایی ، آب گرم ، آب سرد ، فست فاته ، سیلر و خشک کن) انجام می شود .

این تابلو متناسب با شرایط محیطی (نصب در فضای باز و یا سرپوشیده ) با درجه حفاظت متناسب آن محیط طراحی و ساخته می شود . با توجه به درخواست مشتری برای حفاظت بیشتر با روبند لولایی یا فیکس  قابل طراحی و ساخت است.

Prefabricated metal compact post:

Prefabricated substations that are used to increase the power of distribution projects with ease of operation in the minimum allocated area. These posts can be used in public places where all the equipment is assembled in the factory and installed on site

The body of the posts is made of galvanized sheet with CNC and NC machines for punching and bending, and by CO2 welding. It is painted, the post chassis is heated for more plating strength.

Prefabricated compact posts are usually divided into three parts: transformer, low pressure and medium pressure, and are separated from each other by a divider, which can be accessed and operated using separate doors. According to the customer’s position and needs, the access of each section can be designed and assembled as bolts and nuts. The design of these posts is such that it provides natural air circulation in compliance with the standard IP for each section.

 

پست پیش ساخته کمپکت فلزی :

پست های پیش ساخته که در جهت افزایش قدرت پروژه های توزیع با سهولت بهره برداری در کمترین مساحت اختصاص یافته مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد . این پست ها قابل استفاده در مکان های عمومی می باشد که تمام تجهیزات در کارخانه مونتاژ و در محل نصب می شود .

بدنه پست ها از ورق گالوانیزه با ماشین آلات CNC  و  NC پانچ کاری و خمکاری ،  و با جوشکاری CO2  ساخته   می شود و پس از شستشو در شش مرحله چربی زدایی و آب گرم و آب سرد و فستفاته و سیلر و خشک کن ، به روش الکترواستاتیک رنگ آمیزی می گردد، شاسی پست برای استحکام بیشتر آبکاری گرم می شود.

پست های پیش ساخته کمپکت معمولا به سه بخش ترانسفورماتور ، فشار ضعیف و فشار متوسط تقسیم می شوند و با استفاده از دیوایدر از همدیگر تفکیک می شود که با استفاده از درب های مجزا قابل دسترسی و بهره برداری می باشد . بر اساس موقعیت و نیاز مشتری دسترسی هر بخش قابل طراحی می باشد و به صورت پیچ و مهره مونتاژ می شود . طراحی این پست ها به گونه ای است که گردش هوای طبیعی با رعایت IP  استاندارد برای هر بخش را فراهم می نماید .

 Compact medium pressure switchboards:

These panels are made of galvanized metal body with the standard of Tavanir company in the form of bolts and nuts.

The door of this panel is made with a thickness of 2.5 mm to provide the degree of impact protection according to the standard of the distribution company. An explosion valve is installed on the back of the disconnector switch so that in the event of a disconnection explosion, the direction of conducting the explosion pressure is immediately behind the panel.

تابلو های فشار متوسط کمپکت :

تابلو های فشار متوسط کمپکت به دلیل ایمنی بالا ، قابلیت توسعه از طرفین ، اتوماسیون و کنترل از راه دور ، کم بودن مساحت اختصاص یافته ، سهولت تعمیر و نگهداری  باعث شده تا نیاز پیمانکاران را تامین نماید ، این شرکت به صورت تخصصی به ساخت این تابلو ها پرداخته است .

این تابلو ها از بدنه فلزی گالوانیزه با استاندارد شرکت توانیر به صورت پیچ و مهره ساخته می شود.

درب این تابلو با ضخانت ۲.۵ میلیمتر ساخته می شود تا درجه حفاظت ضربه پذیری مطابق استاندارد شرکت توزیع را تامین نماید . در قسمت پشت کلید سکسیونر دریچه انفجار تعبیه شده است تا بلافاصله در مواردی که انفجار سکسیونر رخ داد  مسیر هدایت فشار انفجار از پشت تابلو باشد.

In other cases, it is supplied by the generator and transmitted to the consumer.

This type of panel is in fact a power supply with high protection for other panels and current division is done with the help of tools and equipment such as MCBs and MCCBs and considering the protection system and calculating the size of cables and copper ingots.

Due to obtaining the approval of this company from Tavanir Company and performing all the necessary tests, it has the ability to make all kinds of dimensional measurement boards for general boards, including shutter, Aggregation sub-trance, maneuver, etc.

تابلوهای توزیع مختص تقسیم بندی جریان برق ورودی و انتقال آن میباشد، این انتقال می تواند بین شبکه ای و از طریق تابلوهای دیگر که هر کدام کاری تخصصی انجام می دهند و یا صرفاً یک تابلوی توزیع چند منظوره صورت گیرد.

تابلوهای توزیع متناسب با نیاز مربوطه در ابعاد مختلف و نیز از نظر تجهیزات برای کاربردهای متفاوت ساخته می شوند. ورودی تابلو، اغلب برق شبکه سراسری است و خروجی آن مصرف کننده.

و در موارد دیگر توسط ژنراتور تامین و برای مصرف کننده انتقال میابد.

این نوع تابلو پر حقیقت یک منبع تغذیه با حفاظت بالا برای دیگر تابلوها محسوب میشود و تقسیم بندی جریان به کمک ادوات و و با در نظر گرفتن سیستم حفاظت و محاسبات اندازه کابل ها و MCB و MCCB تجهیزاتی چون

شمش های مسی صورت می گیرد.

انواع تابلوهای توزیع شامل اندازه گیری، مانور، شالتر، دیماندی، زیرترانسی و نجمیع میباشد..
