The director of Iran's Water and Resources Development Co. said: "The share of dams in the Karoon River will be higher this year, with the Karun 4 power plant about 1,000 megawatts, Karun 3 over 2,000 megawatts, Shahid Abbaspour dam of 2,000 megawatts, Soleyman mosque 2,000 megawatts and Gotvand dam will produce 1,000 megawatts of electricity.

According to him, the Karkheh dam will receive 400 megawatts, the Seymare dam will be 480 megawatts and the Daryan dam will produce 200 megawatts.
